WORST SERVICE EVER

My parcel with covid-19 masks arrived in South Africa on the 24th of November 2020.

After NUMEROUS emails and phonecalls, someone contacted me 5 days ago to get my ID number. According to this person, an invoice would have been generated after which the parcel would have been released.

Well, needless to say, I'M STILL WAITING, and again, NO RESPONSE FROM ANYONE in this company.

NEVER EVER will I make use of them.
