Worst service ever

I've been sending packages for 4 weeks now and every week I experience the same problem I spend more money on calling and trying to find out what is happening. This is the worst service I've ever received. Everytime I call the Rustenburg branch they say they will call me back with feedback and they never do. I spend minutes trying to call them then they just hang up. I dropped 3 parcels last week and theres still nothing on the system this is inconveniencing me and my business! Your bad service reflects on mine and I take that very personal
