Worst service ever!

Aramex has the worst service. The tell you it's an overnight shipment but it's more than that. I dropped off my parcel from East London to Port Shepstone but it hasn't been delivered yet and there's no movement today that was made when tracking the shipment.

On top of that, they tell you they charge R99 but when you get there it's R120, they say R20 is for the waybill paper, now they separated it from the Aramex plastic. Isn't that false advertising????
