WORST SERVICE EVER!

I've never encountered this bad service from a delivery company, aramex is my first and its the first time i'm using them. I've heard rumours that they have bad service.

My delivery was scheduled since the 23 Feb 2021, drivers say they can't reach me on the phone but my phone is always on and I don't have network issues.

I emailed the customer care and they said the have the wrong phone number and that they will update the driver with my correct number. This was last week Wednesday. They scheduled for Thursday but they said the driver didn't make it in time so they rescheduled for Friday.

Friday I got an SMS saying "aramex delivery" and I went to the gate immediately which is less than a minute away but there was no one when i got there. I called the number and the driver said they tried to send an sms but I didn't come which was not true.

I got a call yesterday (Monday) from complaints department saying that my delivery will be today. I just checked the app now and it says " Attempted delivery - delivery rescheduled " I didn't get a call from them, even security is aware that I have delivery coming. my delivery number ******
