Worst Service Ever

It's the worst service I've ever experienced. The parcel was posted on the 30th of November. Take them more than a month to deliver an urgent parcel what never happened. After a few enquiries and phone calls, they sent it to the wrong address. Only they know where they get it. After every phone call they make a lot of empty promises: "we promise: Early tomorrow" I called them on Friday 14 December to make a query. They promise me: it will be delivered on Monday. Nothing happened. Tuesday, I called again and they told me the specific parcel is on its way to Odendalsrus. Where they get this address, only they know. I told them that the address is wrong. Again the promise: "Early tomorrow". Wednesday, again, nothing happened. I called Wednesday afternoon. They promise. "Early tomorrow”. Today, when nothing happened again I called them. This time, nobody knows anything about my query or parcel. This, after THEY CALLED ME yesterday to GIVE ME AN UPDATE AND TO promise me that the parcel will be “early today”. Guess what: NOTHING HAPPENED. NO PARCEL!
