Worst Service ever

Aramex South Africa is a complete Joke. I have called e-mailed and there is no help at all. I am still waiting for my shipment till today. From the 30th and the due time they said I would receive it by the 11th May 2018. I am still waiting, there is no feed back from them. I have also spend 120 minutes of telephone calls just to be sent from one person to the next without help. This service is really pathetic for a company that claims effeciency.
