Worst service ever

<p>What was supposed to be an overnight delivery turned into 5 days (not counting Saturday and Sunday) and my parcel was still not delivered. I heard the usual excuses when I called to enquire about my delivery... The courier called but I didn't answer etc... The last time I called I was given so much attitude I just simply told them to take the parcel back and I would be refunded by the store. </p>
