Worst service delivery

I would have liked to give them half a star. I have received packages from Aramex in the past with no complaints but this has been by far the worst experience I've had with them. A parcel which was meant to arrive last week, 5 days ago has yet to arrive. I called on Friday, 4 October and was assured I would get the parcel on Monday, 7 October but nothing was delivered. It is now Wednesday, 9 October and I had to call again. Meanwhile you are put on hold for at least 10 minutes before someone attends to you and then they tell you to hold for another 5 mins to check "the system". It wouldn't be an issue if something constructive was being done but they literally waste your time and money without any progress whatsoever.

I just want my parcel delivered!
