Worst service - delay delivery

Delay in delivery.

I chose Aramex because they advertised that they will deliver from 48 to 72hrs.

No one called me to tell me that they can't verify the addresss and i sent in my prescription glasses for examinations and that process hasn't even started Aramex is holding up the process
