Worst service

This is the worst courier company ever ! They failed to deliver 3 times . after these 3 times they haven't scheduled a delivery for 3 days , I've called customer service more than 10 times in a week to deliver , all the staff answers with the same thing saying a manager will call me or someone who will be able to assist me , its been a week and I haven't received one phone call from them . I would not recommend this company to any one .
