WORST SERVICE

This is the worst service EVER. I sent the URGENT parcel from Cape Town to Johannesburg, Randburg. It has been stuck in their JHB Aramex Express Head Office since 2024/07/17 and today is 2024/07/19.. When I track the customer service agents keep telling me the same auto line, "Your parcel is out for delivery🚚. You can expect it before the close of business today😉." The parcel till now, it’s not delivered.

Yesterday 18 July, the agent by the name of Edith, **** and say it was going to be delivered before 16h00. I followed up at 16h45 and I was told they close at 17h00 it will be delivered. 2minutes to 17h00 Edith message me and say " The parcel is still with the driver, Kindly note if they ran out of time today, they would deliver tomorrow before 17h00, If that's all thank you for chatting with us, have a *****ly day!. Like really!!! IF YOU WANT A GOOD SERVICE! DO NOT USE ARAMEX South Africa.
