Worst service

I've been tracking my parcel, and it's been stuck in Sandton in their sorting facility since 03 December. Delivery was due on 02 December. I've called several times, and it doesn't matter how long you wait; there's never an available consultant to take your call. The chatbot on Whatsapp doesn't even give you an option to query anything. This is the worst service, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
