Worst Service

I have never came across a courier company with such poor service. I have placed a Shein order at the beginning of December and i had to keep following up. I saw the parcel was at Sandton and only when i queried about the parcel they only invoiced me for the customs. Since 11 Dec until today 18 Dec i tried contacting them. I received a WhatsApp nr and thought someone would be able to assist but i am still waiting for an agent since the 14th of December. Today again no one helped as once again they say an agent will contact me. 1st time buying by Shein but Aramex is giving me tje WORST experience ever
