Worst service

I have the worst experience with aramex I shipped package on Tuesday morning 10:00 from Randburg to Florida, Wednesday yes was a holiday I understand but parcel should have been delivered yesterday Thursday but now they are telling me the parcel will be delivered next week Monday. I have requested about the whereabouts of my parcel since your company is falling to deliver. I was told I am not allowed to visit any site due to covid. Dbp***

The last time I sent a parcel from joburg to phalaborwa which is 565km and it got there the following day. Florida and Randburg are 20km away and I am experiencing drama. If I had known I'd get such treatment from aramex I could have used another couriering company.

All I'm asking for is for my package to deliver it myself
