Worst service

I ordered a shein parcel on the 16th of December 2023. It arrived on the 20 Dec in Sandton, South Africa and on the 29th I got an update saying its forwarded to a delivery Office in Bloemfontein. It took them 9 days to get it to Bloemfontein. I got the update that its on the courier on its way to me, when I got to town the parcel wasnt there. I called and they simply said to me the delivery was delayed. Why do I have to wait this long? It's the second time I struggle to get my parcel. The first time they said to me they don't have a parcel with my tracking number. This is poor service at its best.
