Worst serve ever

Very very very poor service Iv had . The stuff lies to you as a customer and to the suppliers . My package arrived in SA on the 3rd of December I still don’t have it with me . I’ve sent numerous emails and called almost everyday to be told that my package will arrive to me next week , it’s been three weeks now .. This company is the worst , they don’t even call you or email you for feedback .I had to do the running around with regards to my package that’s somewhere in OR Tambo . next time I’ll just go with UPS at least they have the decency to call you . They must just close shop , we still have UPS and DHL
