Worst Possible Courier ******* Ever

My experience with Aramex thus far has been nothing short of frustrating. Staff are always passing the buck and I wish i had come here beforehand and read their reviews. *******! I purchased an electronic device online abroad and unfortunately had to use this courier service. The parcel was received through customs in Johannesburg and I even paid the clearance tax fees for the package but as soon as it was handed over to local Aramex staff, the parcel went missing. How ironic that before the sample arrives in South Africa the staff seem very helpful but as soon as they need to deliver, there is not one person that could help or give some information on how it is that my parcel got ****** under their care. Something that had to be shipped and arrive with 15 working days is now passed 4 month mark and still no response from Aramex when they said they would get back to me.
