Worst logistics performance ever!

This is the worst logistics company in South Africa by a country mile! Ordered a product from HiFi Corporation, to be delivered by Aramex. I booked out an entire day, waiting for the product to arrive "between 8am and 5pm", only to discover on their tracking website that it will be delivered the next day. The same SMS message that the product will be delivered "between 8am and 5pm today". Do these people even realise that they are working with real people out here?
