Worst in the industry

Absolutely shocking, Aramax is thee worst courier service provider in the industry, i sent a parcel from Johannesburg to Durban on the 02/12/2020 and it is now the 07/12/2020 and still has not been delivered. I was on countless calls with different agents and when I asked to speak to a manager, they would all say the manager is in a meeting. The driver contacted me and said he was at the delivery address on the 04/12/2020 which he was lying about, I spoke to the driver on the 07/12/2020 and he said the parcel should be delivered by 16:00 and he is in the area. It was obviously a lie because the parcel has still not been delivered. Aramax is nothing but a company that has **** promises to their customers and they have false advertising, they promise delivery within 2-3 business days, and still nothing at the moment. I would never use this service again, mind the fact that the same incident has happened last month with the same company. Aramax is unreliable and full with empty promises. I'm going to take this matter further and make sure that it goes public.
