Worst experience with Aramex

My parcel has been out for delivery since the 4th today is the 9th they keep giving me the run around. This is a delivery from Edith Rakhetla sent me an email on Friday (6th December) informing me my parcel will be delivered today (9th December) when i followed up she told me my parcel was not handed to their courier and it will be delivered on the 10 Dec. This is absolutely unprofessional and Waltons Bidvest should care enough for their customers to at least use reliable couriers.
