WORST EXPERIENCE WITH ARAMEX AND RWS

I am having the worst shipping experiences with Aramex and their partner RWS with regards to a parcel that was supposed to be delivered on the 01/12/2023 still to date i am chasing to have my package delivered, keep on being told the package is out for delivery but I'm not given the driver's name or the time frame when it will be delivered.
