Worst experience with Aramex

The Aramex is the worst company to work with, I bought a running shoe at Nike and the shoe does not fit me, Nike arranged for the shoes to be collected by Aramex on the 09 December 2021. Today is the 10 December 2021 the time 19:06 PM. I'm still waiting, No phone call nothing, I'm just expected to be at home until they decide to come collect the parcel.
