Worst experience

I was sent an sms and email a month ago to confirm the shipping number. I rep**** the very next day and got confirmation that the package would be cleared. I followed up multiple times and each time I'm asked if I sent the information. I even loaded a complaint on their system, still I was promised to have the invoice sent to me by COB then. A week later I have nothing... No invoice or any information about my package
