Worst ever

I have been waiting for two and a half weeks just to get a parcel from Durban to Joburg. They then give me a sad excuse that I have an address that can't be reached. You do not bother to call or email me and then you come tell me some half baked story. Just deliver my parcel and stop apologizing for ****
