Worst ever

I've spoken to numerous people at aramax confirming they have not received proof of payment and cannot clear my items at customs.... I've sent proof of payment through without any response or any feedback and every time I call back to follow up they tell me it's pending proof of payment.... Truly disgusted by the service received... Payment was made on 28 July and today is 12 August and no update, feedback, or response.... Called again now and spoke with a guy who transfered me through to Vanessa and I'm holding for about 10 minutes with no response.... Had to drop my call coz nobody answering
