Worst delivery service ever. Completely unreliable and honestly a waste of time and money.

I dropped off my parcel at Durban North Beach Cartlex on Sunday, 9 November, and only received an update on Wednesday saying it was finally sent out for delivery. I contacted them on Friday and the consultant was completely dismissive, telling me it would only arrive on Monday. Now it’s Tuesday, and suddenly no one knows where my parcel is — all I’m being told is that it’s “being escalated.”

This parcel contains important documents that my son needs for his flight today at 4pm, and yet I’m being ignored after paying for this service? I spoke to someone on chat who simply stopped replying, and when I phoned customer service, they told me to go back to WhatsApp — which is also useless.

This is absolutely unacceptable. I want my parcel delivered TODAY, urgently. People, do NOT use this service unless you want stress, excuses, and zero accountability.
