Worst delivery service

The worst delivery company in South Africa, I've ordered from two different companies and it's the 1st time I'm receiving my orders from these said companies via Aramex, and it's been a nightmare. One order is international and it's been a month where my parcel is just sitting there with no movement (this company has another delivery service which is efficient) the other order is local and I've been ordering from this store and this is my first time receiving things via Aramex. I am in Mpumalanga and my things are sent Limpopo
