WORST delivery experience ever!!!

WORST delivery experience of my life! What was supposed to be an overnight delivery has turned into a week-long fiasco! I downloaded the Aramex app to track my package, the app says that there have been 3 failed attempts to deliver the package to me and that I was unavailable each time. I was at home all 3 attempts and either the drivers were at the wrong address or they were outside my gate expecting me to smell that they were there. No attempt was made to get my attention by hooting or banging on my gate or calling me - if there was I would have heard it and so would my dogs! The address can't be wrong, because it's the same delivery I use for Uber eats and Take-a-lot - those packages manage to find me!
