WORST DELIVERY EXPERIENCE EVER

*** - without a doubt the worst customer service experience I've had with a courier company. Ironically her name was talent.

But to get right to it - I've waited 2 days for my order and twice I've been told the driver was here. I have actively (and painfully so) been waiting to take delivery of my order... the driver didn't bother to stop. He just drives right by and claims nobody was available.
