Worst delivery company with no one assisting you or contacting you

Never in my life have I ever had such bad service from a delivery company. 3 days to deliver a parcel that is situated 12km from your Johannesburg Express Head Office, where their parcel is shipped from and you guys try to deliver after 6 and 7 at night when there is no one at the office park and no one informs me that you are here at all no call or SMS from Aramex. I am waiting for an urgent parcel to be delivered and cannot wait 3 days when its already here and you guys only try to deliver at night while we are 12 km away from where you ship. this is totally unacceptable I ask for the driver's number so that we can arrange for delivery on time and no one gets back to me. I am promised that the parcel will be delivered on time and before 17:00 and still no delivery is made. I need this parcel urgently and I have informed them via phone as well that it is an urgent delivery. This is the worst service I have ever received from a delivery company.
