worst delivery company ever

The ****piest service ever. Requested a parcel from Durban to Sandton with overnight delivery. Parcel was given on time but it is two days later and got told no the parcel will only be there in the next 3 days from now meaning 5 days later i will get my parcel.

there is a reason people choose overnight or same day, if you cannot fulfill the request then don't offer it!
