Worst delivery company!

This is the worst delivery company to work with as a small business owner. I dropped off a parcel on 30/09/21 and it was only picked up on 03/10/21. Which means it will reach its destination on the 08/10/21. This is more than their 72hours. Their drop box located in the townships are not picked up as often as the drop boxes in town. They have the worst tracking system in place. It takes days to track the parcel and it makes me as entrepreneur look like I'm running a ****. Will nevwr use them again!
