Worst customer service ever

This company is the worst. I used it because I wanted my items to arrive early and on time, but k was wrong. My lashes have been stuck in custom for weeks now. Since the 3rd of December. And I have already paid for my items to be delivered and nothing. I hate this company. I tried calling but you waiting for hours no one will answer. Waste of time and money
