Worst Customer Service and Untruthful people

I posted goods to Cape Town and I unfortunately misplaced my sender's copy of the way bill. I called requesting for help and noone was willing to help. I ended up losing goods worth more than R4000. Aramex has the worst customer service support.

I was told that there is nothing we can do, despite me giving them all the details of where the parcel was going.
