WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY *****!!!!!

Aramex global shopper as well as Aramex South Africa is the WORST AND MOST PATHETIC COMPANY TO DEAL WITH! From my aramex global shopper account they opened a package and stole an item from it and then claimed it wasnt in the package to begin with! They took over a month to even acknowledge my email from customer service and they even ignored my emails! The would blatantly ignore my emails! Then aramex south africa as well blatantly ignores my emails! I have been trying to get a whole of my package from the 4th of feb 2019. It is now the 4th of march 2019 and they wont respond to my emails, they wont even help me! Its been a month and i have not received my package yet it is with them! I AM EXTREMELY UPSET! They *****, they lie, they ignore emails and they blatantly disregard customer problems! I HAVE HAD ENOUGH! NEVER USE THEM! THEY ARE THE WORST COURIER SERVICE !!!!!!!!!*****, ******* AND DEFINITELY WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
