Worst customer service and not to be trusted with any parcel

The worst courier possible , I booked a pick up to Limpopo and the parcel was picked up and was supposed to be in the receivers hands on the 1st of September due to the amount I paid to date my parcel is not delivered, to call them it’s a pain the agents sound like they sleeping and then they keep hanging up, on Friday I called to find out what’s happening and I have them the alternative contacts to date no clarification,

I want my money back which if my parcel is not delivered within an hour now I will reverse the payment and sue you for the contants of that shipment,
