Worst Customer Service

I bought some goods from Hong Kong Online shop on two different occassions and I was issued two invoices 362821 with a total amount of $83.03 and another one 363222 with a total amount of $ 106.36. The shipment of the goods in both this orders was sent in smaller packages depending on stock availability and Aramex was supposed to deliver the goods to my provided address. From the order number 363222 came two packages ref *** and *** and from order number 362821 came package ***. I received a call and email from Bianca Myburgh on the 11th Of May informing me that my parcel was held at customs and I need to pay in R500 penalty fo miss declaration which was apparently done by the merchant when the goods were sent.

According to Bianca, Tidestore sent packages *** and *** with the invoice number 362821 of $83.03 instead of 363222 of $106.36, which then customs issued a fine of R500 for miss declaration. As this was something beyond my control I agreed to pay the R500 so that my goods can be released.

To my surprise when I asked for banking details I was forwarded two emails from Rowan and the other one from Tyrelle with payments due of R1252.39 and R1043.15 respectively. I am expected to pay R2295.54 to release goods that are worth R2818.10.

I called Bianca to get clarity on this issue she then gave the phone to her supervisor called Mr Langton Ncube who listened to my complaint and asked that I send him the complaint in writting and he will investigate. I spoke to him on the 20th of May and also sent the email the same day. He hasn't responded to my email and I have never received any feed back regarding this.

I think this is a total ripp off, how can I pay almost the same price as i payed for the goods for them to be released by customs.
