Worst customer experience

Extremely disappointed with the service from Aramex South Africa. They are happy to take your money to ship a package to South Africa, but once it is here they could not care less to get it to you. Their customer service is also the worst in the industry. No one responds to either the online portal messages or emails. If you try to call you need to hold for 30 min, and even when you get through no-one gives positive feedback. They do respond on Facebook messenger but this also does not help to resolve the issues. Apparently they "escalate" the issue, but this also leads nowhere.
