Absolutely the most worst service ever, uses a 3rd Party couriers, first refuses to give you the telephone number to follow up on your own parcel for the 3rd Party, if they give you the number, the number does not even work, and they advise you to sort it out with the 3rd Party yourself.

Do they even know what is going on in there business?
