Worst Courier Service of all Time

The most useless courier service is ever came across. Takes 30min - 58min for any of the numbers to answer there phones. And if someone answers they pretend that they cant hear you and hangs up the phone. Then when you manage to talk to someone they cant give you an clear answer on the whereabouts of your partial. I drove to the warehouse where thy clam my package was, witch is 120km away from me and stood there for 5 hours, then the floor manager told me that they cant find my package. its 2 days later and I still did not receive my package. I think they need to close down, they are the most useless courier I ever came across. I sill have a lot more to say but it is not worth my time.
