Worst courier service in the world!

I have never experienced such poor service in my entire life! I had a parcel chipped via your drop box facility on Monday 28th December the parcel clearly states medicine this medicine happens to be insulin which is life preserving medication! I'm now sitting more than 72 hours later and tracking states that the parcel is still sitting in your sorting facility at your sandton offices! This parcel needs to travel exactly 100km and has still not been released for delivery! How can you possibly call yourselves an overnight delivery system? I will NEVER make use, refer or recommend your company! It would have been faster to have it delivered via the national postal service! You should be ashamed of your service delivery! Your consultants can also be replaced by robots as they stick to their scripts and are extremely unhelpful! Extremely disappointed... You are promoting false advertising and need to jack up your service or pack it in! A waste of time and money!
