Worst courier service in South Africa

This is literally the worst courier service in South Africa. These people don't pick up items from drop boxes, and they don't seem to want to communicate with their own branch offices!!! My package needs to come from Cape Town to George, No one bothered to answer my query via Facebook messenger so I asked the customer service agent from the website to just make a phone call to the Cape Town office to ASK if my package was going to be picked up from the drop box, they simply stated that there's already an agent on the case and therefore they cannot make a phone call?? What nonsense is that??! Is it really that much effort to make an actual phone call??!! My item was meant to be picked up on Monday, it's now Tuesday and after hassling them for several hours my package was picked up from the drop box but now it's just sitting in their "sorting facility" so apparently "overnight" delivery means 2-3 days???!!! This is absolute *******! I'll be lucky if I receive my package at the end of this week. Aramex desperately needs to have their Cape Town office looked into and fire people that have absolutely no work ethic! Or alternatively, online retailers need to seriously reconsider using Aramex as their courier service. I'd give Aramex zero stars if I could, absolutely vile service!
