Worst courier service in South Africa

Worst courier in South Africa. Been waiting 35 days for my package to arrive from Germany. I had to complete each step of the customs process personally for their *********** staff. After spending more than 20 hours on the phone this month costing me not only thousands in airtime but hundred of thousands with my business at a stand still due solely to them. In my opinion they should close their doors and South Africa and never handle international courier services ever again. Also lodge complaints via their website and with their staff but haven't received any response whatsoever. Be very wary of using them, I would suggest Pick 'n Pay and Checkers find another store to door partner as well.
