Worst courier service in SA

If I could give zero stars I would. It seems to be the only courier in South Africa that can't deliver when they say they are on the way. 2 days in a row they send my parcel out without any delivery and I was available on both days to not miss the delivery. It is unfortunate that Incredible Connection uses them for deliveries, as I would consider ordering somewhere else just because of this.
