Worst courier service i have ever used

I sent 2 bags parcel on Monday 11.05.2020, and on Friday they only dropped off one, and because their so disorganized the driver said he is still in the area the other bag might be way too far in those big bags of theirs, i am sitting hear thinking what might have happened to my parcel with some of the important things in it. And he said he was going to come back the following day, gave my mom number which does not go through when you call him... I am juat waiting to see if they will deliver on Monday. One of the worst and pathetic couriers i have seen, or used this was my 1st and last. Thwy really need to che k their system worst ever.
