Worst courier service I have ever encountered. Almost 4 weeks waiting

My parcel was sent from Germiston to Midrand on the 14th of May and to this day I still have not received the parcel. We called numerous times to get the parcel, first they said they had an incorrect number, We gave them the correct one, then I called again they said the number was not updated then they update it, called again two week ago they said it’s on delivery but I still haven’t received it. Do not waste your time they are so unprofessional!
