Worst courier service for local deliveries!

For over a week I have been waiting for a parcel …. You DONT post updates, so no one knows where the parcel is! I have been home the whole day? Now I get an email that you could not reach me????? Your driver was not anywhere at my gate! I was at home the whole day, my cell nr is on the waybill and no one tried to phone me either ?????? So please go try the poor excuse of client could not be reached!
