Worst courier service ever

Worst service ever! Consultants have been ignoring us since the 25th of june when we call and ask to speak to a manager we are on hold for about 45 min Ridiculous seriously how you have operated for so long with a service this terrible is beyond me. They have been messing us around since the end of april.
