Worst courier service ever!!!!

The customer service I am currently receiving from Aramex is the worst ever, they claim that my parcel have been received by me, but I haven't, when I phone, whatsapp and Facebook message them I only receive computer generated messages. I will most certainly not recommend their services to anyone!!!
