You wait for hour ****terally!) for assistance, and if you dont respond in 5 minutes they close the conversation! If you need fast, effecient, professional service, stay away from this company. If you need any type of service with some sort of reliability, stay away from this company. Told the supplier now that I will never deal with them again whilst they are making use of aramex.
